Examination scheme & source discrepancies

The source lists 3 hours, 120 end-semester marks and 30 sessional marks.

Some marking instructions are internally inconsistent. Confirm the current pattern with your department; the practice questions here do not claim to reproduce it.

Paper Setting &Marking Scheme: Time: 03 Hours MM= 120 Part- A (10x2=20 Marks) One or two lines for explanation from unit 1 and 2. Remaining 8 short answer questions, two from each units—2,3, 4 and 5. Answer to each question shall be limited up to 50 words. Part- B: (5x20=100 Marks) Unit 1: The Candidates shall attempt one out of two references set from Unit 2 and one out of two references set from Unit 3. Answer one out of two questions set from Units 2,3 and 4 in not more than 500 words each. Answer any four out of eight short notes of 03 marks each from unit 5 in not more than 125 words each.

Code discrepancy: detailed heading uses 01/ENG/MJR/101; overview uses 01/ENG/MJR/101T.

Detailed course code omits T; overview tables print 01/ENG/MJR/101T.

Part B is headed 100 marks but listed 20+60+12 totals 92; reference/essay unit allocation appears inconsistent with content. Confirm with department before publishing an exam rule.
