The source lists 3 hours, 120 end-semester marks and 30 sessional marks.

Paper Setting & Marking Scheme: Time: 03 Hours MM= 120 Part- A (10x2=20 Marks) Ten compulsory short answer questions, at least two from each units—1,2,3and 4. Answer to each question shall be limited up to 50 words. Part- B: (5x20=100 Marks) Unit 1: Short notes on any 04 out of 08 of 05 marks each in not more than 125 words. Unit 2: Short notes on any 04out of 08 of 05 marks each in not more than 170 words each. Unit 3: Short notes on any 02 out of 04 of 10 marks each in not more than 250 words each. Unit 4: 01 out of 02 critical appreciation of 20 marks from the prescribed poems. Unit 5: Critical appreciation of 01 out of 02 unseen poems, 20 marks.
