Examination Scheme Maximum Time: 3 hours Maximum Marks: 120 Part- A (10x2=20 Marks) Two lines or quotes for explanation from prescribed poems. Remaining 08 questions are to be set from Unit 2, 3, 4 and 5 (2 from each unit). Answer to each question shall be limited up to 30 words. Each Question carries 01 mark. Part- B: (5x20=100 Marks) Unit 1: The Candidates shall attempt two references out four (At least one each from unit 2,3 and 4). (2 X 10= 20) Unit 2, 3 and 4: Attempt one question out of two from each unit. Answer to these questions shall be limited to 500 words. Unit 5: Short note on any one out of three on prescribed Genres/Forms/Concepts.
Part A header gives 10x2=20 marks, while the printed text assigns 01 mark to each question.
